BITE in association with KPMG recognises outstanding individual who has best demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision. This award was received in person by the President of Tatarstan His Excellency Rustam Minnikhanov.

Dr Paul Brickell, Newham Councilor for his work in engaging the community of Newham with the 2012 London Olympics. Lyn Brown MP for her work with ethnic minority womens in Newham. Tony Banks MP for his work in encouraging with ethnic minority children into sports.
